It doesn’t matter what you experience, it matters how you deal with it.

Your career often starts with a holiday job or a newspaper round before becoming more serious. At certain points, it is time for change. For example, when the organisation where you work changes, when you fall ill or go to work reluctantly.

Change does not always feel pleasant, but in the end, it is inevitable. How will you proceed now? That question is not always easily answered.

I myself stagnated twice in my career. The first time, I suffered burnout. I experienced this as a very difficult period, but I got to know myself much better through it. It has also empowered me and given me insights. I have discovered how resilient I am. The second time, I no longer had a challenge in my job and wondered what I was actually doing it all for. This was not an easy period either. I had a well-paid position with a lot of freedom, which I had to let go of.

In both my experiences, I needed help answering various questions I had. Fortunately, with that help I received, I was always able to resume my career.

I started my career as a Case Manager Gatekeeper. Subsequently, for over 12 years, I coached, supervised and trained young people and their parents in a criminal justice setting. Eventually I had children of my own and I wanted to be home more. I then started working as a designer in my own company. I made various jewellery and fashion accessories myself.  I then worked for several years as an HR Manager and Career Coach at an employment agency in Transport & Logistics. My work experience, network and what I learned during the difficult moments, I am happy to share with you.

I am a coach with a passion for empowering people. I’m happy to give you that support so you can move forward. This I do with great pleasure and enthusiasm. You are at the heart of the coaching. It’s about who you are and how you regain your power.

I joined Dynamisch Bureau because I find it important to be connected with other professionals. I believe that you ultimately achieve more together, and sharing knowledge is of great value in this respect.

I believe everyone has talents. With the right knowledge, resources and guidance, we can continue to develop ourselves. We need others to help us on our way and inspire us to get the most out of ourselves and to believe in ourselves. I hope to be that coach for you! I believe in you!
