Sometimes our private life and work is very busy and difficult. We often have to do things that are unpleasant or stressful for us. It is important then to dwell on your feelings, but in practice we often do not.
That’s how I experienced the necessary bumps. During my work at various larger and smaller companies, I have always felt a lot of responsibility. I was only concerned with what the company needed and did not pay enough attention to my own needs. The result was a serious burnout. I learned then how important it is to really stay with myself and listen better to my intuition and feelings. Regularly slowing down and not always being in fifth gear.
This turnaround gave me a new ‘life mission’: to fully enjoy, grow and flourish. Because when we rid ourselves of blockages, we come back to our true self-empowerment. As a child, I can remember so well what that was like. I wish everyone could get there again! If you want this too, I would be happy to help you with that.

I have 32 years of professional work experience in both commercial and government organizations. As a result, I know what is going on in the workplace and how people interact with each other in an ever-changing organization. Unfortunately, work is often so busy with day-to-day things that we don’t have time to listen to each other. I did want to give people that time and attention for self-development. This is what led me to become a coach.
As a coach, I have specialised in (self-)leadership, NLP and systemic coaching. I took a post-graduate course in Professional Leadership Coaching with NOBCO & Emcc certification and also became a change specialist. I also recently completed a systemic change coach training.
Dynamisch Bureau offers me connection with a lovely club of colleagues. We encourage and inspire each other to help you flourish and make full use of your talents.
I help you by providing a safe and trusted environment and really listening to you, both for your verbal communication and non-verbal cues. Besides asking questions and letting them ‘land’ with you, we explore what presents itself and do exercises that can help you well.
All this in consultation with you, at your own pace and when you are ready for it.
