In life, change is unavoidable. Similarly, your body may force you to take a different turn in your life. Osteoarthritis and knee problems forced me to leave behind my career as a sports trainer and technical manager.
This turnaround was difficult all right, but it allowed me to turn my long-standing interest and passion for coaching into work. My areas of expertise: family and organizational constellations, systemic work, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, helps to influence unconscious brain processes), mBit (multiple Brain Integration), hypnosis and energetic work. The particularity of my approach lies in a combined application of these various techniques and methods. As a coach, this gives me the unique gift of penetrating to the core and going into the depths with you.
As a single mother of six amazing children, I have learned through ups and downs that sometimes it is necessary to ask for and accept help. This personal experience reinforced my belief that we all have the power to change, sometimes with a little guidance along the line. My role as a coach is to offer you that guidance, to work together and to discover what is possible and what suits you.
I have experience as a manager and trainer on the sports field, as a trainer of parents with children with learning and behavioural problems, as a job coach at VluchtelingenWerk (Organization for Refugee Aid) and as a head coach at a training institute. With all this experience, I can help improve the quality of your life to achieve greater simplicity, creativity and freedom (of choice). I help you to discover the ‘hidden treasures’ within yourself and to see the challenges as opportunities for growth and development. Together, we explore new opportunities and build self-confidence.
I strongly believe in the power of collaboration, which is one of the reasons I joined Dynamisch Bureau. This team of professionals shares my passion for development and growth.
