I believe that every person is unique due to a combination of unique talents. The way we look at the world continues to fascinate me. I find it liberating to discover that if I listen carefully to the other and put myself in the perspective of the other, I notice that my own glasses are coloured. This means that I can also put on other glasses, or change the view. This is where growth begins. For me. But also for everyone who is coached by me.

In my career in education, I saw students grow in their self-confidence by appealing to their talent. My interest in developmental psychology was stimulated by this and I further explored personal development and coaching.

At Dynamic Bureau I recognize the attention to the personal story. We have a very diverse team and everyone works from their talent, in their own way.
