We process your personal data when providing our services in our coaching practice and for the use of our website. We have drawn up this privacy statement to inform you on how we handle your personal data.
Who processes the data?
The personal data are processed by:

Within Dynamisch Bureau several coachees work with your personal data to the extent necessary for carrying out their work. View our team here to see who the coaches are. In addition, our office assistant works with the personal data. Data protection officer is Maaike Pronk.
Obtaining personal data
If you use our services you provide us with your personal data so we can provide these services to you. For instance, during a conversation, through our website, through email, by telephone or in any other way. It is also possible that we obtain your personal data from third parties in the context of the coaching process.
Personal data
The coaches and office assistant process the following categories of personal data:
Name and address details
- Contact information, such as email address and phone numbers
- Place and date of birth
- Gender
- Citizen Service Number (BSN), in case of UWV routes
- Work experience
- Competences and areas of interest
- Conversation reports
- Content of communication
- Possibly labor expert report (for second track)
- Resume and objective
- Analyses and tests
- EEG-recording
Purposes
The coachees and office assistant process this personal data for various purposes, such as:
- Maintaining contact;
- Offering a personal coaching program;
- Good and efficient services;
- Client file management;
- Performing administrative actions, such as planning;
- Improvement of services;
- Reporting and analyzing for accountability to employers and improvement of services;
- Billing;
- Collection of funds and taking collection measures;
- Marketing;
- Compliance with legal obligations;
- Resolving disputes;
- Offering invitations to meetings.
What is the processing based on?
Your personal data are processed in order to execute the agreement with you or your organization regarding the coaching program. Your personal data may also be processed in order to comply with a legal obligation, such as obligations based on tax law.
We also process personal data for the legitimate interests listed below:
- The improvement of our services;
- The protection of our financial interests;
- Security and management of our systems.
If personal data are processed on the basis of permission – this will be requested separately.
Providing data to third parties
Because of laws and regulations, and the quality service that we as an agency want to deliver, in the case of second track reintegration we put questions to an (external) reintegrationexpert. He/she examines the labor expert report and checks our reports. During the Job Marketing phase your resume and objective are presented to potential employers wherever possible.
In the context of our services, personal data can be provided to third parties. For the aforementioned purposes, third-party services may be used, such as our IT suppliers, test agencies, cooperation partner for neurofeedback or other third parties that are involved in the coaching process. These third parties may also only process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes in case of the neurofeedback training for scientific research. Your personal data could also be provided in the context of a legal obligation or court order.
We will not provide your data for commercial or charity purposes.
In addition, your data may be stored by third parties outside the EU when Google Analytics, LinkedIn or Facebook is used. These parties are certified “EU-US Privacy Shield”, this means they will comply with European privacy regulations.
How long will we retain your data?
We will keep you data for 7 years.
How we protect your data
We believe it is important that your personal data are protected against loss or unauthorized access to your personal data. That is why we have taken appropriate security measures.
Cookies
Cookies are used on the website to improve online services. Your IP address and the system information of your device are processed via cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to request us to access your personal data. After receiving your request, you will receive an overview of your personal data within 1 month. If this shows inaccuracies you can request us to adjust, supplement, delete or shield your data.
You can also request us to transfer your personal data or you can object to the processing of your personal data due to special personal circumstances.
