Enthusiasm, humour and no nonsense. Those, in a nutshell, are the things you can expect when we start working together. My background and experience as a coach, burnout and absence specialist and reiki master combine to contribute to my guidance. Moreover, from my many years of experience in the temporary employment industry and recruitment, I know better than anyone how best to approach employers.
Besides my work as a coach and entrepreneur, my husband, dog, grandchildren and friends make me happy. And with nice weather, visit cozy terraces and enjoy the sun.
I myself have dealt with burn-out in the past. I know from personal experience how intense the quest for recovery can be.
Themes such as guarding boundaries, setting the bar high, running on and forgetting to enjoy the here and now are issues I have had to deal with myself. I asked myself the questions: how do I get out of this, what can I do myself to feel better about myself and what do I actually want? Luckily, I didn’t have to do this alone and thankfully neither do you!
In the end, burn-out also gave me gifts, namely new insights, such as more inner peace and motivation to confidently take on new opportunities. From that experience, I am happy to help you search for your ‘gifts’. In order to bring out the best in yourself again and to make full use of your talents and competencies.
In the process, I will provide you with techniques to better deal with, for example, obstructing beliefs, thoughts that cannot be stilled and old blockages. I combine those techniques with a positive attitude to life and the associated energy. I have a holistic and often body-oriented approach to connecting ‘head, heart and gut’.
I identify bottlenecks and together we solve them. Greater insight often allows you to make different and better decisions that suit you better. You have a story, bags, experience and knowledge. I’m curious about the person behind your story.
