“Welcome progress rather than perfection

Sometimes we can encounter setbacks in our lives that paralyse us, leaving us feeling as if we have to wait for the perfect moment to move on. However, since we do not suddenly find ourselves in a difficult situation, we will not suddenly get out of it either. The good news is that this is not necessary either.

It is possible to allow yourself time and still make progress. During the journey to recovery, you gather strength to better cope with life’s challenges and transform them into a more positive situation.

As a psychologist and coach, I combine solution-focused and positive psychology to guide individuals. My own experiences with grief, loss, ADHD and burnout make me an empathic conversational partner  for others going through similar difficulties.

With over 20 years of experience in various sectors, such as government, television, healthcare and aviation, I have developed a deep understanding of various corporate cultures. This broad perspective enables me to effectively support coachees in their personal growth, taking into account the unique dynamics and challenges of their future work environment.

I am associated with Dynamisch Bureau because I believe that the right environment in which to use your natural talents is essential for personal success and well-being. Dynamisch Bureau stands for this: creating a supportive environment in which individuals thrive and can reach their full potential. This is often at the heart of coaching, which is why I embrace this role alongside my work as a psychologist.
