TMA Talent Analysis
The TMA Talent Analysis, also known as the Talent Motivation Analysis, is an essential component of the TMA Talent Method. The analysis consists of an online questionnaire that helps identify your personal drives and talents. Following this, you will have a discussion with one of Dynamisch Bureau’s TMA talent professionals to interpret and give meaning to the results.
A comprehensive view of your talents
The TMA Talent Analysis provides (better) insight into your personality, natural talents, and your aptitude for certain competencies (how easily or difficultly you can develop them). We often notice that people take their own talents for granted. Since the results of this TMA talent analysis are compared to a norm group (the Dutch workforce), you will discover in which areas you are truly “special” or “distinctive” compared to the average person.

A comprehensive and nuanced perspective
Many analyses or tests measure a limited number of behavioral traits. A common pitfall in these methods is “putting people into boxes.” Examples include: “you are blue” and “I am red.” However, the TMA talent analysis is much more complex, measuring 22 drives and 44 talents. This results in a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding of your personality.
In addition to highlighting your strengths, the report and discussion also address your potential pitfalls, the best ways for others to communicate with you, and your ideal work environment. This helps align your characteristics with the needs of an organization effectively.
Optimal collaboration
The TMA Talent Analysis is also an excellent tool for team development. Each team member first completes an individual TMA Talent Analysis, and then the team collaboratively explores the various results and commonalities in a constructive manner during our TMA Team Session.
