Exercise training
Dynamisch Bureau offers a unique exercise training for anyone looking to regain vitality and become active again. You can choose to add this program to your existing plan. In addition to coaching sessions, you’ll train independently at home using an app. This allows you to gradually become a bit fitter, step by step!
Tired or lacking energy?
To actively participate in one of our programs, you need energy. But how do you follow a coaching program when you feel tired or drained? Fatigue can result from various factors, such as a lack of physical activity, aging, or illness. Examples include burnout, depression, long COVID, or a stroke.
Personalized training program
You’ll train at home using an app for about 20 minutes a day. After each exercise, you’ll provide feedback in the app on how it went. The exercises then automatically adjust in difficulty to match your level. This makes training enjoyable because you’ll see that you can handle it!
Program Quality Standards
The exercise program is designed for individuals with very low levels of physical activity. The exercises are tailored accordingly and comply with the World Health Organization’s vitality guidelines. The program is CE-certified and developed at the University of Basel, with additional collaboration from the Sports University of Cologne and Maastricht University.

Did you know that exercising not only makes you physically stronger but also improves your vitality, mood, and social functioning? This was demonstrated in a study where nearly 100 participants took part in the exercise training for three months.

‘Motivational push’
Your coach monitors your training results via their dashboard. Positive results are only achieved with consistent training. After six weeks, you’ll automatically receive a new program to keep the challenge engaging. If you forget to train, you’ll get a motivating message via the app. Alongside app-based communication, you can also discuss your progress during coaching sessions. Your Dynamisch Bureau coach acts as your enthusiastic ‘motivational push,’ helping you improve your energy levels and quality of life, making a positive step toward work.
