A foundational program with a dedicated coach and optional additional modules
Throughout the second-track reintegration program at Dynamisch Bureau, you are guided by your own personal coach, who conducts individual sessions with you throughout the second year of illness. Your coach supports you through the second-track process and ensures that all UWV requirements are met.
We offer a foundational program with optional additional modules, such as a TMA talent analysis or a comprehensive career orientation. These modules are often handled by your coach. However, if you encounter specific challenges, a specialized coach can be brought in to complement the guidance provided by your main coach.
The power of the group
We regularly host online group sessions with various topics you can join in addition to your individual sessions, such as: “Confidently stepping out,” “LinkedIn,” “Stand out with your CV,” and “Networking is the new job application.” These sessions foster mutual understanding, support, and networking opportunities among participants!
