Free introduction
An outplacement process at Dynamisch Bureau has 3 phases and always starts with a free introduction after matching with your potential future coach. Taste the atmosphere and experience whether it clicks and decide at a quiet moment whether we can draw up a plan for you.
After an agreement on the plan, the process can start quickly.
Overcoming obstacles
This first phase in the outplacement process is necessary if you yourself experience obstacles to getting back to work. In outplacement, it often happens that there are still strong emotions due to the loss of work. Anger and sadness can still predominate. Before you can move on, it is very important to reflect on your feelings. Other obstacles such as uncertainty and insufficient energy can also be tackled with our coaching.
Career orientation: Formulating your talents and career goal
In the Career Orientation phase, you will get a better view of your talents. You can achieve this with assignments and with the TMA Talent Analysis in our test portal . We then pay a lot of attention to your personal presentation of your talents.
As soon as you have a clear idea of what you are good at, the emphasis will be on what you want. In the Jobport vacancy system you can find all possible professions that are directly linked to current vacancies.
Then you put your objective in writing: this is a description of your next career step, your motivation for it and why you are suitable to do that particular work. This is a valuable and crucial part of the process.
Working on a new job
In the next phase, you will start networking and applying for jobs. We have a lot of experience in applying the “Networking works” methodology in which you will conduct exploratory conversations with potential future colleagues and employers. This is often experienced as exciting and at the same time meaningful and provides a source of information. Networking also often gives positive energy.
In addition to networking, we help you apply successfully. Your CV will optimally match your objective and the wishes of our time, with a photo taken by our professional photographer. You will learn how to improve your letters and present yourself as well as possible in a conversation. The use of social media increases your chances enormously and is discussed extensively.
All your efforts and those of your coach are focused on one goal: work that makes your eyes twinkle again!
