When I lost my creative and talented mother far too early, without her being able to fully use her true potential, something changed in me. That painful experience became my motivation: to prevent any more ‘diamonds’ from remaining undiscovered. I often see it: brilliant people who get stuck, not because of a lack of talent, but because of limiting beliefs or circumstances that hold them back.
My own journey from wealth manager in banking to coach has not always been easy. I felt that there was more, that I wanted to guide people in a different, deeper way. That search taught me that real change starts at the core. Not with superficial solutions, but by breaking patterns and rediscovering who you really are. Because I have walked that path myself, I know what it takes to achieve sustainable change.
With my background in business administration and my years of experience as a Senior Change Coach at Rabobank, I understand the dynamics and complexity of work environments. I know what it feels like to get stuck and doubt whether this is all there is to it. At the same time, I also know that it is precisely there, underneath that doubt, that your unique strength is waiting.
In my guidance I combine (walking) coaching, NLP, Life Planning and Voice Dialogue. I believe that nature is a powerful catalyst for change: a place where you get to the core faster and get clear about what really matters. If you want, we often go outside. My approach is goal-oriented and pragmatic, with room for what presents itself. I am down-to-earth, genuinely involved and also ask the questions that are sometimes exciting — but do take you further.

In addition to my work as a coach, I like to be on the move: hiking, sailing, skiing or boot camp — always looking for new challenges and growth. Because while I guide others in their development, I also continue to learn and discover myself.
