Many people roll into a job automatically after their studies, without wondering whether the work really gives energy and satisfaction. I myself worked in corporate sales for many years. On paper everything seemed perfect, but inside I felt that something was gnawing.

During a year of traveling around the world, I was given the space to really take a step back. There I discovered where my strength lies: guiding people in their development and helping them get moving again.

That experience showed me how persistent thoughts and patterns can be, and how easily you get caught up in them. My coaching is therefore about breaking those patterns.
