"Leave a sparkle wherever you go."

Saskia Bouma

Coach / TMA Professional

“Leave a sparkle wherever you go” is my motto in life. For me, it means that you leave something behind with the other person: a smile, a new insight, a sense of trust or just that little push that gets someone moving again.

With over 28 years of experience in business, I know how work can make people grow, but also how it can wring when work and people no longer fit well together. In my career, I held various positions, including leadership roles.
I was active in the works council, worked as a confidential advisor and guided employees as an internal coach. This broad experience means that I understand organizations, but above all I see the people within that organization. After all, work touches on identity, self-esteem and future.

In my work, I have experienced up close what change can do to people. As an internal coach, I guided employees during a company closure. Insecurity, loss of perspective and questions about identity came to the fore.

I have also experienced in my private life how drastic it can be when work and well-being become out of balance, when my husband dropped out with a burnout while we had four young children. These experiences have deepened my view of work and well-being.

My positive and energetic attitude is often mentioned. At the same time, I know that life is not only made up of light moments. It is precisely then that it can be helpful when someone stands next to you who offers an overview and keeps faith in growth. My approach is warm and involved, but also clear, goal-oriented and lovingly confrontational. I ask honest questions and help bring back overview and direction. For each session, we look together at what you need and get to work on it.

I work talent-oriented and from positive psychology. Together we investigate what naturally gives you energy, which patterns may hinder you and which choices suit you sustainably. We translate insights into concrete, achievable steps, so that you experience confidence in yourself again and can continue with renewed direction.

Although I love my job immensely, I also enjoy my free time. I like to be in the kitchen to make delicious dishes for family and friends, walk with my dog Lex, exercise, read and like to be creative.

When I saw the motto ‘Live your Talent’ of Dynamisch Bureau, my heart started beating faster. Because that is exactly what we have in common. I have experienced myself how powerful it is to really work from your talents. That feels liberating – and I wish that for you too. Curious how we can go about it? I would love to meet you!
