"You don't have to be able to see the whole path to take the first step."

“Sometimes you start on one road in life, but another beckons. And sometimes you turn on roundabouts for a long time before you find the right way. I myself once graduated as a corporate lawyer, but once I started working, it turned out that the “human” suited me more than the rules, the legal.

After deliberation, I chose a new path: that of HR. In the evenings, I did HBO Personnel & Labor and developed a P&O department within an organization that had been around for years. I have worked for 20 years in both profit and non-profit organizations and have experienced all aspects of the HR profession.

When I finally left my last employer, working as an employee no longer felt right to me. Self-employment beckoned and I decided to take the plunge. At the same time, my marriage ended and I moved.

A lot of steps at the same time while I couldn’t see the whole path at that moment. I didn’t foresee any of this when I was 18. As a self-employed person, I first started working with the long-term unemployed. I helped them to enter the labour process in the best possible way and to find a paid job. When the opportunity came along to do outplacement and 2nd rail projects, I grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

I joined Dynamisch Bureau because having colleagues and working as a self-employed person go hand in hand here. Because it is nice for me to be able to share knowledge and experience and thus help each other, and at the same time I also love being my own boss.

I like a result-oriented approach, I am clear and sometimes direct in my approach. I always have the intention to help you take your next step.”
