When do I fit in with you as a coach? People choose me because of my positivity, openness, empathy and action orientation. I believe you can do more than you think and I am determined to help you grow. If it fits, we can also have the coaching conversations on foot. This is not only healthy, but also a proven and effective way of coaching.

My own career was not self-evident and frankly quite challenging. I started in practical education, moved on to the VMBO framework and eventually obtained my HBO HRM diploma, followed by the HBO+ Career and Talent Coaching course (NOLOC certified). I gained my experience as a career coach mainly as a work consultant at the municipality, where I was able to guide many benefit recipients towards work and development.

At home I got little incentive. My mother is a housewife and has not completed any education. My father worked as an IT administrator, but regularly lost his job. My stepfather advised me to continue working as a shop assistant and possibly grow internally. Yet deep down I felt: I can and want more.
