In my coaching I offer a safe, warm environment in which we explore what drives you, what obstacles you encounter and which steps take you further. My style is characterized by positivity, energy, humor and depth.

Driven by positive psychology, I help to break through beliefs and patterns and to take concrete action. As a TMA Professional, I use talents and motivations as a foundation for personal motivation and sustainable growth. Methodologies such as the lifeline, drama triangle and transactional analysis (parent, child and adult roles) support this process.

I have extensive experience with people from diverse backgrounds, including neurodiversity (such as ADHD and autism) and psychological vulnerability.
