“My parents always said: “Eva, you are independent and independent”. They emphasized that as a woman I can stand my ground. That I have my own form, in which I can be as I am meant to be. It’s the best lesson I could get, and I worked hard to make it happen.
After studying Financial Business Administration at the VU, I became a business controller. I went to work for international companies with billions in turnover. Between the lines, I felt that as a woman I often had to fight for my place, but I chose my own path. Not focusing on targets or profit figures was my motivation, but trust in the people behind those figures. Together we moved forward when colleagues felt seen and heard. That’s how I grew into positions as a team coach, mentor and board member. But the skewed male-female ratio did not let me go.
In 2020 I followed the Female Leadership training. A turning point for me, because it was confirmed there: the demanding world needs the power of soft. To women who make a difference with their authenticity and connecting qualities. And that men are not missing from this is essential.
I immersed myself in inclusion and empowerment, followed various coaching programs with inspiring senior women and chose training in nonviolent communication, NLP and to become a (systemic) coach.
At Dynamisch Bureau I coach both men and women, using my knowledge, creativity, intuition and positivity combined with a dose of practical and life experience. In this way I help you see and feel your possibilities and we work towards your dot on the horizon.
In our coaching program we work from the inside out. First connect with yourself, then trust your individuality, and then initiate the desired movement. Not the other way around, and not with willpower, courage or guts alone. Trust your gut. Because your body is your most important and wisest tour guide.
I help you to experience connection with yourself again. By learning to put words to what you experience, feel and need. This allows you to experience peace and space and a connection with your environment is really possible. With me as a coach you learn to listen to your body: your compass, mentor and engine in one. And you stay true to yourself.
