With a background in HRM and research within work and organizational psychology, my focus shifted from theory to the person himself. There I found the fulfillment I was looking for. Since 2015 I have been working as a full-time coach in the field of career and life questions. In addition, I immersed myself in stress coaching, breathing therapy, voice dialogue, systemic work, EMDR and mindfulness.

Coachees describe me as warm, sincere and involved. Someone who quickly gets to the heart of the matter and works without judgment. My style is both profound and practical: insight and action. Where you are looking for answers, I ask you the questions. I don’t tell you what to do but guide you in your own process. At your pace. As a clear mirror and as a sturdy guide.
