My road to coaching did not start with a strict plan, but with opportunities that I was given and dared to take. I once started as an administrative assistant at a municipality. I soon discovered that my interest was not in systems, but in the people behind them. I saw how work is more than just income: it offers meaning, connection and space to grow.

From there I developed further in the social domain. I guided people with questions about work, reintegration and change, at municipalities, reintegration and outplacement organizations and in processes after dropout or major life changes. One question was always central: what does this person need to be able to move forward again?

I work with people who often have a long way behind them. For those who feel work far away or who don’t know where to start. Together we bring structure and take small, achievable steps. Everything is allowed, we set the pace together.

What characterizes me is that I am a real people person: positive, optimistic and genuinely involved. I can empathize well with where someone stands, without losing sight of the goal. I believe that everyone can develop, each in his or her own way.
