From my own experience, I know what it feels like to get stuck. Due to stress complaints and a reorganization, I have experienced for myself how drastic changes can be. These experiences make it easy for me to put myself in the shoes of people who are looking for direction in their work or life.

My background is multifaceted. I worked in healthcare, then in sales, marketing and learning & development within the business world. In addition to my work as a coach, I provide training within IT consultancy and construction. I am also involved in my husband’s business. As a result, I understand the dynamics of both large and small organizations and I feel at home with a variety of target groups.
