December \u2014 the perfect month to reflect on the past year and acknowledge the successes you’ve achieved. After several intense years, I can look back on a truly wonderful 2017, both personally and professionally. My new partner, my two sons, and I have grown even closer as a family this year. Dynamisch Bureau has once again partnered with the UWV, which has led to many new coaching programs and created work for new team members. <\/p>\n

Many of the people we\u2019ve supported have found new jobs. One of them is Sandra Korenblom. If you\u2019ve been following me for a while, you might remember that we put her \u2018in the spotlight\u2019 and helped her find a work experience placement. Write your own year-end speech<\/h2>\n

An acquaintance of mine writes a year-end speech every year \u2014 just for herself. Alongside looking ahead to the new year, she takes time to celebrate her achievements and joyful experiences. I thought it was a great idea and decided to give it a try myself. How about you? <\/p>\n

Problems are part of success<\/h2>\n

A life without problems or challenges doesn\u2019t exist. In my view, they make life more interesting. What truly matters is how you deal with them. Do you let them defeat you, or do you rise to the challenge? I see problems as opportunities to learn. I find great satisfaction in having overcome major obstacles \u2014 like the intense years I mentioned earlier. <\/p>\n

Celebrate with each other<\/h2>\n

There are teams where \u201ccelebrating successes\u201d is a regular item on the agenda.
