Development often starts outside your comfort zone. That doesn’t mean you have to ask yourself too much, but it does mean that real change sometimes requires taking an exciting first step. In my coaching I help you to take that step, in a way that suits your situation and possibilities. <\/span><\/p>

I guide people who get stuck in their career or reintegration and want to move forward again. Sometimes you know exactly what you want, but uncertainty or procrastination holds you back. Sometimes you just lose the overview. Together we bring clarity, discover where your talents lie and translate that into concrete steps towards work and development. <\/span><\/p>

My style is empathetic, down-to-earth and goal-oriented. I listen carefully, ask sharp questions and help you to take an honest look at what hinders you and what helps you further. Not endless talking, but turning insights into action. <\/span><\/p>

Because of my background in both the business and public sectors, I understand different work environments and I know what employers find important. As a NOLOC-registered career professional and post-graduate trained job coach, I guide people in UWV processes, reintegration and career development, among other things. <\/span><\/p>

An important area of interest in my work is neurodiversity. I guide people with ADHD, autism, acquired brain injury or other psychological challenges. I don’t look at limitations, but rather at talents, possibilities and a working environment in which you come into your own. <\/span><\/p>

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar, gaming occasionally, and spending a lot of time with my two Chihuahuas, Bruce and Lee.<\/span><\/p>

I joined Dynamisch Bureau because the vision of guiding people to work that really suits them fits seamlessly with my own way of working. Together we help people to discover their talents and take the next step with confidence. <\/span><\/p>
