Sometimes the mountain in front of you seems so high that you don’t know where to start. My experience is that it is precisely that first small step that makes the difference. You don’t have to know everything already or do it perfectly. By getting moving, there is room for growth and new opportunities. <\/span><\/p>

I coach as I am: friendly, down-to-earth and with both feet on the ground. Together we investigate what hinders you, where your talents lie and which steps suit your situation. You always remain in control. I help you to regain confidence in yourself and in the choices that lie ahead of you. <\/span><\/p>

From my own experience, I know what it feels like to get stuck. Due to stress complaints and a reorganization, I have experienced for myself how drastic changes can be. These experiences make it easy for me to put myself in the shoes of people who are looking for direction in their work or life. <\/span><\/p>

My background is multifaceted. I worked in healthcare, then in sales, marketing and learning & development within the business world. In addition to my work as a coach, I provide training within IT consultancy and construction. I am also involved in my husband’s business. As a result, I understand the dynamics of both large and small organizations and I feel at home with a variety of target groups. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My coaching is practical, positive and goal-oriented. We consider what drives you, what possibilities there are and what you need to take the next step. In addition to a good conversation, I like to use exercises that help to turn insights directly into action. <\/span><\/p>

Coachees often report that they quickly feel comfortable and feel safe to be open and honest. From that basis of trust, I also hold up a mirror to you where necessary, so that you can grow further. <\/span><\/p>
