In our lives, we all encounter moments when different paths present themselves. Intersections at which choices have to be made, while the direction is not always immediately clear. In a society that is constantly changing, where performance, speed and expectations often set the tone, the pressure to make the ‘right’ choice can feel great. It is precisely at such moments that space is created to stand still. Not to stand still, but to consciously investigate what really suits you. Which direction gives you energy? Which choices match your values, talents and ambitions? <\/span><\/p>

As a coach, I offer a place to distance yourself from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Together we explore where you stand, what you need and what steps you want to take. Not from the expectation that you will have all the answers right away, but from the confidence that clarity arises when you take the time to look at yourself with attention. <\/span><\/p>

Balance is central to my working method as a psychologist and coach. I work from a holistic vision, in which I see the person as a whole. I pay attention to the interaction between work, health, personal development, relationships and well-being. I believe that personal growth is not about constantly doing more, but about finding a balance that suits who you are. From the moment we start a process together, we turn the page to a new chapter of your story. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

My approach is inspired by positive psychology, mindfulness and ACT, among others. These perspectives help to gain more insight into yourself. It teaches you to deal with challenges more consciously and to make choices that are in line with your values. In addition, I pay attention to themes such as vitality, resilience, assertiveness and the development of healthy boundaries. Finally, I have extensive experience in coaching burnouts, Long COVID, bereavement, ADHD and autism. <\/span><\/p>

I started my career as a psychologist. In this role, I missed the space to really be able to stand next to people and guide them for a longer period of time. I eventually made the switch to working as a reintegration consultant, because I found out that the role of coach suits me better. Just as I went looking for my right path myself, I also guide my coachees: keep searching until you find what you are empowered in. <\/span><\/p>

After years of working as a reintegration consultant, Dynamisch Bureau came my way. Our shared vision of ‘living from your talent’ and thus the search for yourself is the basis of my working method. I believe in small steps with big effect, as long as they suit the person who takes them.
