Sometimes deep down you know exactly what is good for you, but it is difficult to get there alone. It is precisely in those moments that it can be helpful if someone looks with you, slows down and asks the right questions. Based on that conviction, I guide people in their personal and professional development. <\/span><\/p>

You are central to my coaching. I don’t believe in standard solutions or filling in for someone else. I assume that you know best what you need, but it is sometimes difficult to find clarity in that. My role is to bring peace, overview and movement, in a way that suits who you are. <\/span><\/p>

My guidance combines Western psychology, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and NLP, with insights from Eastern wisdom and a non-dual approach. Awareness, presence and connection with yourself form the basis of this. Not only learning to think differently, but above all learning to experience and live differently. <\/span><\/p>

People describe me as calm, involved and analytical. Someone who offers space without taking control. I move along where necessary, mirror honestly and help you to take steps that suit you sustainably. With a background as an employment lawyer and experience in HR and absenteeism counselling, I understand both the human and business side of development and change. I know how complex the balance between work, health and personal growth can be, and how important it is to make choices that really suit you. <\/span><\/p>

I joined Dynamisch Bureau because I recognize the same vision here: sincere attention, personal guidance and sustainable growth. A place where people are not only guided, but actually move forward. <\/span><\/p>
