My coaching is all about getting moving, keeping faith and working on a new perspective. You not only use your head, but also your heart. I believe that everyone has qualities, dreams and ambitions that sometimes only wait for the right moment. I help you clarify what you want most, what suits who you are \u2014 and what the labor market demands. This way you don’t get stuck in uncertainty, but you work concretely on perspective and take steps towards work in which you come into your own. <\/span>

I am your sparring partner and your motivator. With my creative and solution-oriented approach, you often come to surprising insights. No extensive analyses that are left behind, but clear insights that you can apply immediately. I work in a practical and goal-oriented way and believe that small steps can bring big changes \u2014 especially if you don’t have to take them alone. With my recruitment and HR background, I have been guiding people for years with questions about work-life balance, career choices, career switches, reintegration and the application process.
