I believe that real change starts with awareness. Not by trying harder, but by better understanding what drives you, what hinders you and where you really want to go. In my coaching I combine depth with clarity: space for feelings and concrete steps forward. <\/span><\/p>

My strength lies in connecting inner processes with the outside world of work and life. I don’t just look at behavior, but also at the underlying patterns, beliefs and emotions. Because of my background in international journalism, global business and Jungian psychology, I quickly get to the heart of the matter and make complex issues clear and manageable. <\/span><\/p>

I offer a safe and open space in which everything is allowed to be, and in which we work purposefully at the same time. Coachees experience me as sharp, involved and honest. I ask questions that touch, help you see through patterns and guide you in making choices that really suit you \u2014 professionally and personally. <\/span><\/p>

I have worked in the international corporate and media world for fifteen years, including as a journalist, correspondent and director. After that I further specialized in coaching and Jungian psychology. This combination makes me understand both the dynamics of organizations and the deeper psychological processes of people in change. I also have a lot of knowledge and experience of counseling with burnout, stress and trauma\/PTSD. <\/span><\/p>

Dynamisch Bureau stands for quality, humanity and customization \u2014 values that fit seamlessly with my vision of coaching.
