Sometimes it begins with a meaningful conversation, other times with a creative exercise, or by looking practically at opportunities together. With warmth, humor, and realism, I help lighten difficult situations and guide coachees to see and feel new possibilities.<\/span><\/p>

Clarity and structure are key to my approach. Together we identify strengths, resilience, and opportunities in the labor market.
My goal is to help people reclaim control over their lives and rediscover energy, direction, and self-confidence.<\/span><\/p>

With a broad background in the social domain, reintegration, and career development, I bring extensive experience as an advisor, career coach, and outplacement coach. Through previous roles at UWV, the Municipality of The Hague, and various reintegration agencies, I\u2019ve developed deep knowledge of the labor market and reintegration processes. I\u2019ve also spent many years supporting people who face barriers to employment, applying my expertise at the intersection of people and work. My coaching style is personal, engaged, and straightforward\u2014always with the aim of moving people forward.<\/span><\/p>

I joined Dynamisch Bureau because I believe in our personal and professional approach.
