After an intensive treatment process, I was at a turning point. I was searching: my benefits were ending, my energy was low, and I had no idea which job would really suit me. The only thing I knew for sure: I couldn’t go on like any longer. <\/p>\n

Through the UWV, I ended up at Dynamisch Bureau. I was in need of direction, someone who could help me explore what would suit me. What appealed to me was the comprehensive approach: coaching, the TMA Talent Analysis, a professional photo shoot, a CV template, cognitive training, and someone who lovingly held me accountable. Dynamisch Bureau offered me exactly that. My conversations with the coach were engaged, realistic, and tailored to what I could handle. Even during the cognitive training, which I sometimes found hard to stick with, I received kind and encouraging support to keep going. <\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Step by step I found myself again. I now dare to set boundaries, say \u201cno\u201d more often, and make room for what I think is important. My concentration and energy level have improved. <\/p>\n

Looking back, I now see my time working at the gas station as a valuable learning experience\u2014it confirmed that I want more, and that I\u2019m capable of more. And that gave me the push I needed to take a new step. Starting in September, I\u2019ll begin a work-study (BBL) program in childcare. Am I nervous? Yes. But above all, I\u2019m really looking forward to it. My energy and focus have improved, I feel more at ease, and I have greater confidence in the future. <\/p>\n

My advice is this: be open about what you need, no matter how small or strange it may seem. And give yourself time. It\u2019s a process of trial and error, but you don\u2019t have to go through it alone. Help is available, if you\u2019re willing to take that first step. <\/p>\n

And: Trust the process. Believe in yourself. And know: it is never too late to choose work that suits you again. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
