At Dynamisch Bureau, I handle various administrative tasks, but my most important role is that of a matcher. As soon as we receive an inquiry from someone interested in meeting a coach, I reach out by phone. During this conversation, I aim to get to know the coachee as well as possible. By listening to their background, situation, and needs, I can match them with the right coach.<\/p>

I am truly a people person and love the connections and meaningful conversations I get to have. What makes my job so special is that, after a brief introduction, the conversations quickly become warm and personal. Everyone has a unique story and is looking for guidance that truly fits them. It is incredibly fulfilling to help coachees take their first step and give them confidence in the process.

After spending 17 sunny years in the Caribbean, I returned to the Netherlands with my family in the summer of 2023. My professional background is in secretarial and facility management roles, and for the past nine years, I was a business manager at an international school in Aruba. Once settled in Haarlem, I knew that my work needed to give me both energy and fulfillment.
