“The first thing my coach said was, ‘It’s about you and we’ll do it your way!'” This personal approach had immediately attracted me when reading the website. <\/p>\n

As part of my reintegration during my illness, I followed a 2nd track trajectory at Dynamisch Bureau. I was guided in standing up for myself and learned to take care of myself in such a way that I could indicate my boundaries better and not get overtired. I have also learned to have assertive conversations with my manager. I use the techniques from this method on a daily basis. I have regained control of things, I take action faster and have more control in my own hands. This gives me a lot of peace and confidence in the future. <\/p>\n

We started working with the possibilities that are available from my illness, so that I could quickly return to my current employer in another adapted position.<\/p>\n

In a very practical way, Dynamisch Bureau helped me with the financial and employment law matters that were no longer correct as a result of my illness.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In addition to my job, I have also found my passion through this process. By learning to listen to my own body and follow my heart. In addition to my job, I now work as a volunteer at a petting zoo and guide adults with intellectual disabilities in learning to work in the vegetable garden. My dream is to set up a care farm myself. The ‘how and what’ is yet to come.
