“Due to a fatal industrial accident when I was a commercial vehicle mechanic, I was put on sick leave. I hadn’t had a job for a while, but luckily my UWV supervisor had introduced me to a number of reintegration agencies. My choice fell on Dynamic Agency. <\/p>\n

At Dynamisch Bureau I had the right click with my coach. The great thing was that my coach turned her passion into her job. I wanted this too! All in all, she was able to guide me to a suitable job and a start to turn my passion into my work. <\/p>\n

During the process, I worked a lot on my personal development and challenges. Being alone with yourself for a long time makes you confront yourself and I made good use of this. That’s how I picked up my passion for bodybuilding, gained knowledge and reflected a lot on myself. I have become stronger as a person and know that I will always continue to grow! <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I found the guidance itself during the process very good. The contact with my coach went smoothly and felt familiar. My coach was also an open-minded person with a lot of knowledge and the right connections. She didn’t hesitate to play devil’s advocate from time to time, which I appreciated. Together we made a plan for my future and started working on my CV and LinkedIn profile. <\/p>\n

It didn’t take long for me to find a suitable job as a medical technician, which indirectly fits my passion for health and fitness. At the same time, through the coaching, I had a clear plan for following my passion: I am currently training to become a Personal Trainer in addition to my work. <\/p>\n

My tips to others? Don’t run away from yourself and work on your own issues. Observe yourself and gain knowledge, for example by reading books or coaching. It helps open your eyes. In the future I want to coach people in their health, both physically, mentally and spiritually.
