“I was working as a Job Coach and Trajectory Innovator at a reintegration company when at one point I knew: I don’t want to continue here. I had lost my inspiration and self-confidence. In addition, I no longer found my private life inspiring due to the Covid measures. Searching the internet I found Dynamisch Bureau. This seemed to me to be the best party for my outplacement, given their vision and the type of coaches I saw in the team. <\/p>\n

The guidance at Dynamisch Bureau gave me the opportunity to close a chapter and start a new one. I wanted to get out of the negative spiral! This was possible because of the peace and space to look at my own situation with a coach who facilitated this excellently. I renounced a situation that I saw as a failure. I let go of sadness and negative feelings, which created space for something new. <\/p>\n

My employer appreciates me and approaches me with confidence. Within my position, I have a large degree of independence and the opportunity to flesh out my own vision and way of working. We work with vulnerable people and try to support them in their professional development. I am exactly the right man for the right issues that arise there. A lot of positive change can be seen in my private life, I am really enjoying myself and am satisfied with myself and my environment. <\/p>\n

Sometimes, like me, people feel undervalued, misunderstood, or misunderstood. This can be due to company culture, management or other causes. It is important to understand that one is then working in the wrong position at the wrong company. It may be a great place for someone else, but not for you. You can of course work on yourself, but you will never get a round block in a square hole. Stop violating yourself in this way before you lose your inspiration and self-confidence. When one lingers too long in such a situation, it becomes increasingly difficult to honor the inspiration and belief in yourself.
