“I worked as a director in primary education and that was becoming less and less a good fit for me. I wanted to do something different. I had a lot of ideas, but found it difficult to get concrete and really go for something new. I started looking for guidance via Google and I found Dynamisch Bureau. The personal aspect of the website really appealed to me and Dynamisch Bureau investigates together which work really suits you. That’s what I wanted. <\/p>\n

The introductory meeting with the coach of Dynamisch Bureau was extensive. The process that followed then fitted in well with what I needed at that moment. An assignment to describe your ideal life was very valuable to me because it helped me to zoom out and not just think about work, but paint a broader picture. <\/p>\n

The coach was flexible and adjusted the trajectory several times when a job came my way sooner than expected. This meant that every meeting was relevant and of added value. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

I now enjoy going to my new job as a Team Teacher every day. I am back in front of the classroom and, together with my colleagues, I am responsible for looking at how we can make our education even better. The organization suits me better as a person and I notice that my work-life is now well balanced. <\/p>\n

The program has helped me to focus on what I think is important and which job, organization and colleagues fit in with that. It has also helped me to put things into perspective: everything will be okay in the end. <\/p>\n
