A stressful situation because I did not expect the redundancy. I was allowed to choose from three agencies and chose Dynamisch Bureau. It seemed like a nice little agency to me.   <\/p>\n<p>When I started the process, I had entered a grieving phase and felt insecure. The organization where I had worked for so long continued with a limited group of team leaders and I was not one of them. <\/p>\n<p>My coach helped me through this phase. Then we started working in a more practical way. Writing letters, getting your CV in order and practicing job interviews. I have experienced this coaching as pleasant and valuable.
