“Change is something we all have to deal with in our lives. Change of work or in your personal situation. Maybe you want or need to change or develop something in yourself. This can be fun and exciting, but also complicated and difficult. As a coach, I support you in this and offer structure. Together we investigate what is needed to realize that change and what sustainable steps you can take. <\/p>\n

I, too, have experienced changes. After studying history, jobs in the service industry, traveling abroad and retraining, I worked for a long time as a freelance journalist and editor. I also guided refugees in building their new life here. After a second retraining, I made a switch to career coach. A choice I have never regretted because in this profession everything I have learned and done comes together. And in which I can be of significance. <\/p>\n

All these changes did not happen by themselves but were a process of trial and error, of self-reflection and of searching for motivation and focus. But I know that every experience brings you something new anyway and that you never stop learning. That’s what I’m happy to share with you. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The people I’ve coached vary in age, education level, and background. I often hear that I radiate peace and confidence, that they feel heard and really make progress with my guidance. Conversations are relaxed, with room for humor and pushback. I think along with you and make adjustments where necessary. When I see that someone sees a future for themselves again, takes action and makes that change happen, I also get energy from that! <\/p>\n

In my spare time I enjoy nature and culture and do yoga. Or I just sit on the couch with a book or in front of the TV. I also sometimes give workshops for networks of job seekers. <\/p>\n

I see the connection with Dynamisch Bureau as a nice combination of self-employment and working in a professional team. I can fully identify with the motto ‘Live your talent’. Every person has talents and skills and can do something with them.
