With my background in Psychology and years of experience in business, I know how work can bring both satisfaction and challenges. I too have experienced what it is like to get stuck, to doubt my next step, and sometimes to struggle with loss or setbacks. It is precisely these experiences that have shaped me and show me how important it is to stand still and choose direction again. <\/span><\/p>\n

My mission is to help you get a grip on your work and life. In a safe and warm environment, we explore your story together: what drives you, what is holding you back, and where do you want to go? I listen without judgment, help you break patterns and give you practical tools that will help you move forward at your pace. <\/span><\/p>\n

I know how tempting it is to avoid difficult feelings or hope that things will get better on their own. I myself have long thought that the “easy way” was the best. But I learned that slowing down, being honest with yourself, and making room for what you really feel, takes you further. In my guidance I use methods such as solution-focused coaching, RET and ACT. <\/span>These tools help you to redirect limiting thoughts and emotions, so that you become stronger and more resilient. Together we work on clear goals and sustainable choices that really suit you. <\/span><\/p>\n

After studying Psychology, I discovered my passion for career guidance. This profession combines everything I have learned and experienced. In my spare time I like to be outside, swim in open water, play tennis or paint. <\/span><\/p>\n
