After 15 years in the commercial sector, I noticed that my work no longer suited me. When I was fired, it felt like a hard confrontation, but at the same time it also brought space to rethink what really belongs to me. A period of reflection began, in which I got to know myself better and let go of old patterns that were no longer serving.

We unconsciously adopt beliefs and habits from our upbringing, without realizing whether they really suit us. In my search for a new direction, I discovered that I am an emotional person and mainly work from intuition and openness. I received guidance from two inspiring people who helped me to recognize my own strength and values.

Gradually, people around me asked if I wanted to share my insights. This turned out to be a turning point: I discovered my passion for coaching and guiding others in their search for meaningful work and a life that really suits them.

My coaching is aimed at developing self-knowledge. Sometimes you are confronted with a drastic change, such as a burnout or loss of work. These kinds of moments, no matter how challenging, can open a new door. Together we investigate what your qualities, talents and motivations are, and how you can use them for a future that gives satisfaction and energy.

The unicorn is not only a mythological animal, but also my last name. For me, it symbolizes the journey of self-insight and transformation. It stands for discovering your true strength and daring to choose a path that really suits you.

For more than 20 years I have been guiding people to a career that suits who they really are. Self-insight and reflection are indispensable in this. At Dynamisch Bureau we believe that everyone can make full use of their talent. That vision feels like a familiar jacket to me.

Do you want to discover what your future could look like? I would love to meet you!
