I can well imagine that. My life is one big voyage of discovery. Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have believed that I would now enjoy working as a coach. Since the 1980s, I have been working in various professions and in different industries. Learning is my great passion. Throw me in at the deep end and I’ll float to the top. When people ask about my background, I say: experienced career switcher. <\/p>\n

I started as a physiotherapist. After seven years, the routine kicked in. That’s why I went to college. Getting started as a tax advisor. Later, I specialized as a remuneration consultant and got additional positions as a supervisor at healthcare institutions. Since 2017 I have been an independent consultant \u2013 and even more recently career coach for experienced professionals and reintegration coach. Would I have liked to take a different path? No, because I learned a lot from every step. <\/p>\n

As a physiotherapist, I learned to have a holistic view of people and their problems. To combine working with head, heart and hands. As a tax consultant, I learned to advise, coordinate and train and guide younger colleagues. And that in large, international organizations. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

As an independent entrepreneur, I discovered things like networking, working together, conquering the market and promoting your services.<\/span><\/p>\n

As chairman and member of supervisory boards, my strength turned out to be: connecting, listening, asking questions, gaining trust and quickly getting to the heart of the matter. These steps allowed me to discover and develop myself broadly. That’s what I can offer you as a coach of Dynamisch Bureau. <\/p>\n
