The common thread in my own career has always been using my creativity to improve people\u2019s lives. To do this effectively, understanding people\u2019s needs and behaviors is essential for me. Through personal conversations with individuals from diverse cultures about their challenges or desires, I\u2019ve learned to develop solutions that are truly relevant and add value. Over the past 25 years, I\u2019ve advised and coached a variety of (international) companies and people in brand and innovation development, which has also allowed me to build a broad network in marketing and communications.” <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

At a certain point in my career, I adjusted my behavior too much to fit my work environment, which caused me to lose touch with myself, my boundaries, and my talents. Through the coaching I received at that time, I gained many valuable insights into why I was acting the way I was and how I could approach things differently. This opened up new possibilities for me and made me realize that I wanted to focus more on my passion for people and their development. A coach training program (NOBCO certified) was the answer to that. <\/p>\n

By joining Dynamisch Bureau, I get the opportunity to further expand my coaching practice, to work together with colleagues and to continue to develop myself. During my own coaching I have experienced how biofeedback can improve complaints, which is why I find the cognitive training that Dynamisch Bureau offers very relevant and valuable to integrate into a process. <\/p>\n
