“To my knowledge, there is no one who consciously chooses a career as a coach after finishing high school. The same goes for me. The dynamics of life made me consciously choose this wonderful profession at a certain point. <\/p>\n

From a creative background, I started my career as a photographer. What appealed to me the most was the contact with people. When I made a portrait of someone, it was important for me to really make contact and see the person behind the mask. Then it became a portrait in which the person could actually be seen. <\/p>\n

Basically, this is still what I do: start a conversation from a healthy curiosity and really see the other person. Together we listen to what someone wants to tell themselves. One’s own life story is the starting point and serves as a red line in this quest. <\/p>\n

As a coach, I would like to guide someone in this. You will explore for yourself and are responsible for your own personal development. With me by your side. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In the meantime, I have enriched myself with many training courses and expertise in my field. But one thing remains the essence and that is the person I meet in front of me. And the belief that everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves. <\/p>\n

My professional backpack is filled with a number of areas of expertise such as Voice Dialogue, Systemic Drafting, Biographical Working, Deep Democracy and I have even been able to integrate my love for horses and sometimes use it in coaching.<\/p>\n

In addition to my work as a (career) coach, I am currently training to become an analytical therapist. In this profession you work with the unconscious. I believe that people’s unconscious is much smarter than we think and that this is where the greatest treasures can be found. <\/p>\n

My approach is practical and solution-oriented. From a personal approach, my goal is to offer a certain prospect and to give confidence in a sustainable and future-proof solution. Coaching trajectories not only result in insights, but above all in concrete results, plans for the future and newfound energy. <\/p>\n

I also believe in the power of networking and it is precisely through that network that I came into contact with Dynamisch Bureau. The way of working, the professional in combination with the personal nature of this company, appeals to me enormously. I like that I am surrounded by colleagues so that we can learn with and from each other.
