Self-employed coach, min. 16 hours per week
Are you a career or reintegration coach or would you like to be trained by us as a coach? Do you miss a team of nice colleagues as a self-employed person? Dynamisch Bureau is regularly looking for new coaches in the provinces of South Holland, North Holland, Utrecht and Flevoland.
What do we ask of you?
You are independent and have affinity and experience in coaching. You enjoy being a discussion partner for both your coachees and clients. And you would like to join a team of enthusiastic coaches who want to learn with and from each other. Do you also meet the job requirements below? Then we would love to meet you!
- As a coach, you are able to motivate and inspire people to achieve his or her goals
- you have completed a coach training at post-HBO level (hard requirement)
- You have demonstrable experience as a coach
- you have professional meeting room(s) available or are willing to rent them (for example flexibly at the Coachhuis). It is our preference to be able to ‘offer’ you in different cities in order to always be able to make a good match between coach and coachee
- you have a certification for TMA Professional for conducting the talent analyses or want to invest in it
What do we offer?
- an internal free training course on the UWV trajectories, career coaching, outplacement, track 2 and neurodiversity. After passing the tests, you can immediately start as a coach at Dynamisch Bureau
- Joining a team of enthusiastic coaches
- Structure of coaching programs for the UWV and other clients, up to approximately 16 hours per day
- flexibility and independence in your coaching processes;
- Intervision and thematic meetings
- the possibility to obtain your NOLOC certification (if you do not have one)
- a revenue breakdown for the reward
What will you do?
As a career and reintegration coach, you are part of our great team and you provide coaching programs for coachees who like to gain self-insight and want to take their own responsibility. This can be on behalf of the UWV. The trajectories that you will supervise for UWV are people with a Wajong, WGA or ZW benefit. Sometimes you start with a modular trajectory, aimed at increasing participation or guidance in training. You often start with a Work Fit Program. Together with your coachee, you will look at what they need to be able to participate in the labour process again, with a lot of attention to increasing personal effectiveness, discovering talents, career orientation and gaining work experience.
You also guide people who are ready for paid work in various processes for different clients, such as outplacement and Naar Werk. You can think of guiding you through job applications, such as creating a CV and writing a cover letter, and guiding you through the use of networks, such as optimizing the LinkedIn profile and approaching contacts according to the Networking Works method. Within 2nd track guidance, you are focused, among other things, on meeting the requirements set by the UWV as defined within the Gatekeeper Improvement Act.
