In time I wanted to focus more on “the person behind the resume” and put the human side first. I spoke to a career coach and decided I wanted to do exactly that: coach people in their careers.

“Better to set out and change course than to stand still!”

“You are in motion throughout your career and life, no matter how big or small the change is. Sometimes you make a decision yourself, sometimes it is made for you. I like to guide you in your career “movements”.

I had several jobs in the past. After finishing my studies I worked in commercial positions as a branch manager and as a commercial intermediary. After that I worked as an intermediary at a temporary employment agency where I also carried out recruitment activities. My next position involved labor market communication and recruitment and selection for a large company. In these jobs I often sat “opposite” the applicant, which gave me a lot of experience and a good understanding of the entire application process.

I followed and completed my post-bachelor training with great pleasure to become a career coach, after that I became a self-employed career coach. In the last few years I completed additional courses, such as NLP, voice dialogue , logical levels and course research. I have also immersed myself in various tests like the TMA Talent Method we use at Dynamisch Bureau.

I am really happy I joined Dynamisch Bureau. We have the common goal to see and develop as many talents in people as possible.

I have been told by my coachees that I can empathize within their situation and easily respond to it. I also like to do that for you. I would like to guide you through a successful process, so that you can work with great pleasure and energy!”
