Previously I was a civil servant, a policy officer and a senior HRM advisor at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, the municipality of The Hague and the Haaglanden Environment Service. In addition, I also worked for different other companies: Albert Heijn, Direct Dutch, Marriott Hotel and as a tour guide in South America for various travel organizations.

In 2016 I took the step to start as an independent coach, to use my talents optimally. I would like to connect with other organizations. For example, I am a voluntary trainer and job coach at Vluchtelingenwerk. Together is better than alone!
