I myself have worked for many years in the financial services industry in a wide variety of positions. Sometimes with trial and error, sometimes with uncertainty, but just as often with the opportunity for a hefty challenge. But then there comes a time when you think: “Do I still fit into financial services and does financial services still suit me?” And since the answer was “no”, it was time for a new challenge. I have found that in career coaching for several years now.
In retrospect, all these facets in the work process have taught me a lot and made me dare to say: “Don’t be afraid to fail, be afraid not to try.”
