A change, such as a career change, can raise a lot of questions. I asked myself many times “what am I going to do now?”

‘Happiness depends on how we see it.’

“Being raised as a child in a large family, I am fascinated by the differences between people and the effects of their behavior. There is a lot in life we can’t control, but we do have a choice in how we respond to these events.

My home situation is changing, society requires something else, I am asked to work somewhere, work stops elsewhere, I follow courses, I become a senior in terms of work experience and age-wise. Long story short: everything changes.

I have a broad educational background: Pedagogy, Gordon, Voice Dialogue , Sociocracy, Nonviolent Communication, Transactional Analysis and Systemic Work. As a young girl I started as a group leader and now I work as a career coach at Dynamisch Bureau and as a trainer.

I worked to strengthen communication processes, first in families, later in business, education and within the government. In addition, I have guided professionals in their leadership, both in groups and individually.

I enjoy guiding people in their work and life by asking the right questions and researching possible answers. With respect for your past you identify what inspires and motivates you now. Recognize what is there and explore the possibilities. So that you can confidently face the future and show the world what you have to offer now. That way you can create your own happiness.”
