“Every walk in nature brings us more than we seek.”
“I grew up in a large family with 12 children. The many brothers and sisters taught me how to survive in a group. I had and still have a handicap in my legs, which presented an extra challenge. Often I had to quite literally fall and get back up again. My family offered me every opportunity to develop into who I have become today.
When I started working, I held a position as an HR advisor for over 20 years. In this position I spoke to several employees who reluctantly went to work. The job no longer suited them and they found it difficult to discover what they wanted. I noticed that it fascinated me to explore with them what interested them and what they were good at. When I heard about a training for career coaching, my choice was quickly made. Over the years I have supplemented this career coach training with all kinds of courses and training, such as: solution-oriented coaching, psychodrama and stress counseling.
I like to see people enjoy going to work. That is why I would like to discover with coachees where their talents and interests lie. Together we look for work that brings satisfaction and energy.
My favourite workplace is outside in nature. If possible, I will take you to a forest or park where we will talk to each other while walking. Fortunately, the handicap on my legs does not prevent me from walking. We don’t have to look at each other while walking and if we don’t say anything for a moment, it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Nature offers many possibilities to use as a metaphor for what is going on at that moment. All in all, a very nice work environment!
Because I heard good news about Dynamisch Bureau, I chose to work for them. Dynamisch Bureau sees the human being in the coachee and is genuinely involved with them.
