Career coach / TMA talent professional
‘Wees jezelf want niemand kan dat beter dan jij.’
“Basically my work as a career coach is about three questions: who am I, what can I do and what do I want? I always add a fourth: how do I achieve that? I coach you to get your unique answers to these questions. This is always customized.”
With assignments and exercises you gain insight into your talents and competences, characteristics and barriers, drives and values.
By actively listening and asking the right questions, reflecting and confronting I bring you into contact with your “motives” and with your obstacles. Patience, attention and humor are important to me as a coach.
I completed a post-graduate course for career coaching. Before that I completed university studies in Sociology and a three-year training at the Institute for Applied Integral Psychology.
Before my career switch to become a career coach I gained work experience in various positions (documentalist, editor, publisher, manager PR and marketing) in various profit and non-profit organizations. Besides being an experience expert in career change, benefit recipiency, transition from paid employment to being self-employed, I am also experienced in dealing with stress and burn-outs.
Being self-employed Dynamisch Bureau offers me a platform to connect with a group of enthusiastic colleagues. And we all have the same goal: ensuring that people can be themselves in the work they do!”
