“You are in motion throughout your career and life, no matter how big or small the change is. Sometimes you make a decision yourself, or it has been made for you. I am happy to guide you through “movements” in your career. I have had various jobs myself. After my studies I worked in commercial positions, as a branch manager and as a commercial intermediary. After that I worked as an intermediary at an employment agency and did recruitment. In my subsequent position I was involved in labor market communication and recruitment and selection for a large company. In these jobs I often sat “on the other side” of the applicant, which gave me a lot of experience and good insight into the entire application process.
Over time I wanted to be more concerned with “the person behind the resume” and put the human side first. I spoke to a career coach and then I knew for sure: I want that too!
Subsequently, I enjoyed and completed my post-hbo training as a career coach, after which I became an independent career coach.
It was with great pleasure that I joined Dynamic Bureau. We have the common goal to see and develop as many talents as possible in people.
